80% of Americans will suffer from back pain at some time in their life. It’s an enormous problem that is most often caused by mechanical or structural problems that develop around the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and discs of the spine.

Many back issues begin early in life. Think about all the times you fell learning to walk, fell off your bike, slipped down the stairs, and bumped your head. Imagine if you played competitive sports. We all put our bodies through a lot and all those bumps and bruises add up.

Most of us learned early in life that you treat illness or problems by going to the hospital or by taking pills. There are cases where those are the best options, but is that the case with back pain?
